6 Text Navigation Shortcuts The first group of keyboard shortcuts allow for quickly moving around text:

• Jump to beginning of a line– Command+Left Arrow
• Jump to end of a line– Command+Right Arrow
• Jump to beginning of current word– Option+Right Arrow
• Jump to end of current word– Option+Right Arrow
• Jump to beginning of all text– Command+Up Arrow
• Jump to end of all text – Command+Down Arrow

  By adding a

1. Connect your iPhone or iPad to you Mac 2. Open Quick Time Player 3. From the File menu, Choose new Movie recording 4. Fromt the drop down next to the record button choose you iphone/ipad for video and microphone 5. Click record 6. Do steps 7. Click Stop 8. File | Save 9. Add name, click Save 10. Close quick time player 11. Open imovie 12. From the File menu, choose new app preview
you may have to go back to the projects screen first 13. If you get the app previews info screen click OK 14. Drag and drop your recording from steps 1-9 into the bottom half of the iMovies window 15.

A) Mute sound before shutting down. B) Run the following command in Terminal sudo nvram SystemAudioVolume=%80 c) To turn it back on again, run this command in terminal, sudo nvram SystemAudioVolume=%01

How to automount an SMB share in Mac OS X

1. Connect to your network share, in Finder, Select Go, then Connect to server
2. Enter the credentials for your login to your network drive and tick the ‘remember in keychain’
3. Open system settings, select users and groups then click on login items
4. Drag the icon for your network drive from your desktop to the startup items.

Something along these lines, On your Windows PC

1. Select File then Export to Catalog
2. Select a name and location for the new export catalog
3. Wait a long time for it to copy the catalog file and all your photos to the new location.

On your Mac

1. Create a new Catalog in your desired location
2. From the File menu choose Import from Another catalog
3. Chose to either
   1. Import files and leave them where they are
   2. Copy files to another location and then import
