Failed to set MokListRT: Invalid Parameter after updating a RedHat VM

On some hardware, the UEFI firmware seems too old to let shim-x64 write all the EFI variables due to memory constraints
you can get around this by adding this line to /etc/yum.conf

exclude=shim-x64,mokutil
